Refund policy

We want you to love your comics, but if something isn’t right: Returns & Exchanges:

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us first to initiate the return process.

 Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).

  Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads Gift cards Items marked as final sale Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 Cancellation Policy Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, email justshowencomics@gmail.com with your order number. After 12 Hours: If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may wait for the item to arrive and request a return instead (see Return Policy above). Pre-Orders: Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the item ships. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
